CNA/Caregiving Role:

Your primary responsibility as a Caregiver/CNA is to support residents with their daily activities and care plans, under the guidance of the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, reporting abnormalities promptly.
• Assist with transfers and positioning to support mobility and prevent pressure ulcers.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including care provided, condition changes, and incidents.
• Offer emotional support and engage residents to enhance their quality of life.
• Create a safe environment by identifying hazards and responding to emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team, patients, and families about patient progress and concerns.
• Assist with hygiene and sanitation, including toileting, changing linens, and organizing patient areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a CNA or HCA.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No 1099 contracts.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Current Shift Availability:

Evening, night, and weekend shifts available. Must be available for weekend shifts.

Job Types:

Full-time

Compensation:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

• 8-hour shifts
• On-call shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM)
• Night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)

Work Details:

In-person, approximately 40 hours per week, in a long-term care home setting. Overtime pay available.

Experience:

1 year of caregiving preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to commute and relocate to Vancouver, WA prior to starting work.
