We are urgently seeking experienced caregivers, paraprofessionals, special educators, and similar roles to join our IBU Clinic as Clinical Intervention Specialists.

About The Opportunity

The Behavior Specialist implements evidence-based mental health services and ABA programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, following guidance from clinical leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled sessions, with exceptions for approved time-off or family requests.
• Provide substitute sessions, primarily on Saturdays, based on availability.
• Travel to various settings for service delivery.
• Complete thorough session notes and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and maintain clinical documentation.
