Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.

• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test.
• Ability to perform the physical demands, including lifting 150+ lbs.
• Passion for helping seniors live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the team.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure personalized care.

What You'll Do

• Preferred experience safely operating mobility and transfer equipment, including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other assistive devices used to support client mobility and safe transfers
