Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care. You will offer companionship, help with daily tasks, and support clients in their own homes across varying schedules.

We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication with clients and their families. CNA preferred, but not required, with first aid/CPR, TB test, and a valid driver's license. Flexible availability is desired to cover multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
