Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare, a nationwide home-care agency, is seeking CNA Caregivers to join our compassionate team. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes while building trusted relationships with families and coworkers.

We offer competitive pay ($14/hour-$17/hour) depending on experience, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and employee recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
