Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship in Hermosa Beach, CA. You will support clients across activities of daily living, offer social engagement, and help maintain independence with reliable shifts.

We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication. Competitive pay, paid orientation, and benefits are provided; valid First Aid/CPR, TB test, driver's license, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver1s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
