Job summary

Open Arms Solutions is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist seniors with daily activities, grooming, mobility, meals, and safety at home. Immediate availability and flexible scheduling help fit client needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Provide medication reminders as needed.

• Follow the client's care plan and ensure their safety and comfort.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available.

• Day and overnight shifts, depending on client needs.

• Immediate availability preferred.

• Flexible scheduling based on client assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years.

• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or private duty care.

• Experience assisting seniors with daily activities.

• CNA, HHA, DSP, or similar experience is welcome.

• Reliable transportation to client assignments.

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance, if applicable.

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to pass required background screenings.
