Job summary

Open Arms & FCS is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home, ensuring comfort, safety, and independence. You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, meals, and medication reminders in a client-centered setting.

Immediate availability and flexible scheduling are valued as caregivers attend to 8- or 12-hour shifts across day and overnight assignments. CNA/HHA/DSP experience is welcomed, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or private duty care.
• Experience assisting seniors with daily activities.
• CNA, HHA, DSP, or similar experience is welcome.
• Reliable transportation to client assignments.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance, if applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass required background screenings.
• Nursing students are welcome to apply!
