Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking an experienced caregiver / home health aide in Bucks County, PA to assist clients with bathing, grooming, and mobility, including those with dementia and behavioral challenges. You will provide compassionate companionship and help maintain a safe home environment.

We offer paid orientation and training, flexible shifts, PTO, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Prior caregiving experience and ability to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia or difficult client behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred) - or reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Two professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies.
