Griswold Home Care for Delaware County in Media, PA seeks experienced caregivers and home health aides to support clients with complex needs, including dementia and mobility challenges. If you’ve cared for such individuals, we want to hear from you.

Provide hands-on support, companionship, and light housekeeping while staying calm during emergencies. Competitive pay, paid orientation, flexible scheduling, PTO and benefits are offered.

Formación

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia or difficult client behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Two professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies.
