Job summary

Right at Home in Owosso, MI is hiring caregivers for full-time and part-time roles. Earn $14.50–$17 per hour, with potential raises after 30, 60, and 90 days. Earn your HHA certificate in 90 days and receive a pay raise upon completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience (private or facility).
• Experience with hospice care and incontinence is a plus.
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversations and activities.
• Assist with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a safe, positive environment that promotes independence and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
