Job summary

Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver comfort and quality home care. We offer full- and part-time shifts with competitive pay and potential raises after 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
• Hospice experience, incontinence care, and Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, spreading warmth and kindness.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
