Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience required
• Experience with dementia care preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and physical support needs
• Support clients living with dementia and memory loss
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Light housekeeping, Meal preparation and cooking, Community engagement and transportation, Exercise and mobility support, Social engagement and stimulation
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
