Job summary

Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring, TX is seeking an Experienced Car Sales Consultant to guide clients through every step of the purchase and ownership journey with exceptional service. You will engage prospects, stay current on products, trends, and certifications, and contribute to a high‑performing sales team.

You will collaborate with the Sales Director to plan monthly strategies, manage inventory data, and work to grow market share while delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients
• Achieve departmental performance standards, including “Customer Service Index,” “Gross Average,” and vehicles sold
• Stay informed about products, market trends, and certifications
• Review, update, and manage inventory reports daily
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and review monthly plans
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle delivery
• Attend weekly department meetings

Experienced Car Sales Consultant
