Pacific Office Automation Inc. seeks an Experienced Canon Copier Printer Field Service Technician to join our service team in San Antonio, TX. You will perform service calls, maintain technical knowledge, and support sales with demos while building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You must have hands-on experience with Canon product lines, excellent communication, and a proactive work ethic. A company vehicle and certification opportunities are included as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canon product lines is required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and strong customer service.
• Strong relationship management with customers, vendors, and employees within the company.
• Proven troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment.
• Self-starter; able to work extra hours during peak periods.

• Perform service calls on machines assigned to major accounts and escalated clients.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on all products.
• Assist Sales with product demonstrations as requested.
• Support branch with inventory accuracy and reporting.

Position

We are looking for an Experienced Canon Copier Printer Field Service Technician to join our service team in San Antonio TX

Essential Job Duties

• Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work cultureEncourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co workers and outside customers and vendorsAlways conducts self in accordance with the companies Code of ConductMeet or exceed team productivity goals on key performance measurementsMeet or exceed all inventory integrity goals including line item accuracy and dollar value varianceMeet or exceed financial targets including parts cost per callMaintain technical knowledge on all productsMake recommendations to Branch Technical Manager for any identified service training needsAssist Sales department with sales demos as requestedPerform service calls on those machines showing up on Excessive Activity and 3 and 30 reportPerform tech assist calls with other members of the service teamService machines for assigned account base consisting of major accounts escalated accounts etc as assigned
