Position Overview

The Cake Decorator provides creative and skilled cake decorating capabilities, ensuring compliance with all established policies, procedures, standards, and Company values. The Cake Decorator is responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and delicious cakes and desserts for our customers, following best-in-class standards set by Fourteen Foods and the DQ brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cake decorating, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bakery environment.
• Demonstrated creativity and artistic abilities in cake decorating (including photos/portfolio of past creations).
• Knowledge of various decorating techniques and equipment.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
