Join us as a Cake Decorator at Price Cutter

Position: Part Time/Full Time - Mid-Level Store

Reports To: Store Director, Bakery Director, Bakery Deli Director

Your role involves assisting the Bakery Deli Manager in creating and providing creative, high-quality cakes for our customers.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and share your knowledge of bakery and deli goods
• Create beautiful, eye-catching custom cake designs
• Maintain proper stock levels of decorated and undecorated cakes
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper dating
• Keep the Bakery Deli Department clean and well-signed
• Assist with cake orders, inventory, and decorating supplies, providing expert customer support
• Ensure timely order processing and pick-up

Company Standards

• Follow safety guidelines and report equipment issues
• Adhere to company policies, including dress code and name tag wearing
• Complete required training for the Bakery Deli Department
• Stay updated with latest training and communicate effectively with other departments

Physical and Basic Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally, exert force frequently, and handle materials safely. Must have dexterity, stamina, and the ability to work on slippery floors. Use of knives and sharp tools is required.
