Psjh Enterprises Llc in New York seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper to work with the Accountant, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. You will record and verify transactions and bring the books to the trial balance stage.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong GAAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or 5 years hands on experience.
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Pro, and basic accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered.
