Your role in our mission
Project Management :
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Predict, allocate, and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Develop and oversee detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Measure performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Expected travel up to 20%.
Operational Excellence :
- Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities using contemporary tools.
- Apply improvement techniques to produce measurable results.
- Assess current business performance against strategic goals.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
- Lead kaizen and process improvement projects.
- Manage various projects applying advanced knowledge and technical skills.
- Develop policies and procedures to meet organizational goals.
- Recommend new practices, metrics, or models; simplify complex concepts.
- Determine methods for completing new projects independently.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as required.

What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare or a technical field.
- 5+ years of process improvement experience with proven leadership in change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Minitab or similar statistical software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in service, transactional, or technology sectors, especially healthcare.
- Additional education or training related to core functions.
- Certifications in lean six sigma, project management, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.

The pay range is $81,100 - $115,900 per year, with variations based on location, experience, and other factors.
