2. Inspect models and available “market ready” units; communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
3. Maintain Fair Housing knowledge.
4. Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move in on an agreed date.
5. Represent the company professionally at all times.
6. Support and contribute to the community team.
7. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
