We're Hiring: Experienced BDC Representative | Middletown Chevrolet

Location: Middletown, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2+ years in an automotive BDC or similar role
Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonuses

Middletown Chevrolet is looking for a seasoned Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our high-energy, fast-paced team. If you know how to turn leads into appointments and love the thrill of helping customers find their next vehicle, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency

  • Set and confirm sales and service appointments

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences

  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, service-not-sold customers, and internet inquiries

  • Deliver outstanding customer service every time

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of BDC experience in an automotive environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling high call volumes
