Qualifications

• Proven experience in beverage preparation according to established recipes and standards.
• Ability to stock and maintain bar supplies including alcohol and glassware.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skilled in managing a full bar top and handling orders efficiently.
• Comfort with exposure to liquids and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations and anticipate needs.
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Manage bar inventory and reconcile cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glassware and bar equipment.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and consult management as needed.
• Record orders accurately and handle transactions per restaurant policies.
• Answer questions about menu and current promotions with knowledge.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete required training.
• Collaborate with team and support additional duties as needed.
