Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver high-quality beverage service and guest satisfaction. You will craft drinks, manage inventory, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are quick, accurate, and friendly, with a proven track record in fast-paced settings, able to multitask, maintain spotless glassware, observe safety and sanitation standards, and support the team during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven beverage preparation experience according to recipes and standards.
• Ability to stock and maintain bar supplies including alcohol, glassware, ice, and other items.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient at managing a full bar top and handling orders efficiently.
• Comfort with liquids and cleaning agents, plus safe handling practices.
• Experience operating bar equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations and proactively anticipate needs.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly bar atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage bar inventory and reconcile cash drawer accurately.
• Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment meticulously.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and consult management as needed.
• Record orders, handle transactions, and ensure sales compliance.
• Answer questions about the menu and promotions with knowledge.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure proficiency with POS and payment systems.
• Foster a cooperative team environment and assist with additional duties as needed.
