Qualifications

• Experience in beverage preparation per recipes and standards.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies including alcohol, glassware, ice.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage full bar top and cocktail orders efficiently.
• Safely handle liquids and cleaning agents; follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations.
• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage bar inventory and reconcile cash accurately.
• Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment meticulously.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and consult management as needed.
• Record orders accurately, handle transactions, and follow policies.
• Answer questions about menu and promotions with knowledge.
• Adhere to service protocols including dietary needs and allergy precautions.
• Ensure use of tools and equipment, including POS and payment systems.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete required training.
• Foster a cooperative team environment and take on additional duties as needed.
