Job summary

Levy Restaurants seeks a beverage server at Portland's Levy Sector to prepare and serve drinks in the bar area. You will greet guests, assist with orders, and ensure fast, friendly service while adhering to liquor laws and maintaining bar stock.

Responsibilities include stocking, garnishing, and presenting drinks, processing payments, and keeping the bar clean and organized for a great guest experience at the Portland venue.

Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations when serving alcohol.
• Greet guests courteously and maintain friendly service.
• Maintain bar stock and ensure quality of garnishes and perishables.
• Handle cash, process payments, and record charges accurately.
• Identify ages and follow liquor laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks according to standard recipes.
• Check IDs and monitor intoxication per policy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and organized bar.
• Help with general cleaning and upkeep of bar area.
