Job summary

Kuber Oregon LLC is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our team in Tualatin, OR. This role involves crafting a variety of drinks, delivering welcoming service, and maintaining a clean bar area to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. OLCC permit is required or obtainable before start, and being 21+ is required by Oregon law.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• OLCC Alcohol Server Permit required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per Oregon state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive bar experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station throughout each shift.
• Accurately process drink orders and handle cash and POS transactions.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
• Collaborate with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and end-of-shift bar breakdown.
