Previous Barback Experience Required - This is not a bartending position.

Barbacks are responsible for:

• Keeping the bar fully stocked & preparing garnishes
• Quality control
• Refilling juice bottles, fruit trays, & ice wells
• Restocking liquor bottles, straws, napkins, & cups
• Changing out kegs during the shift (must be able to lift 50ibs)
• Batching large quantities of cocktails
• Following recipe guidelines while batching
• Keeping the bar and surrounding area clean during service
• Opening and closing the bar
• Communicating directly with bartenders and management
• Unloading truck orders
• Organizing bar, storage, and prep areas
• Following directions established by management
