Job Summary

As a Banquets Barback, you will support the bartenders by stocking bar stations, refilling garnishes, polishing glassware, stacking supplies, and transporting items to and from storage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Replenish liquor, beer, wine, ice, and produce at each bar station during service.
2. Maintain sanitation and safety standards in handling food and equipment, including cleaning and organizing stock and work areas.
3. Prepare fruit and garnishes as requested by beverage supervisors.
4. Support bartenders to ensure compliance with service standards.
5. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
