The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of consumer bankruptcy experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia bar license.
• 2–3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare bankruptcy-related legal documents and filings.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely actions.
• Communicate with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend hearings in local bankruptcy courts.
• Maintain procedures to support compliance with laws and court requirements.
• Manage assigned matters with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to handle consumer bankruptcy cases.
