Rubin Lublin, LLC, a boutique mortgage default law firm in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its bankruptcy group. The right candidate will have 2–3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience and be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key duties include drafting and reviewing documents, meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, Trustees, opposing counsel and Courts, attending hearings

The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience and be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and utilizing a high level of attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Draft and review documents.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, Trustees, opposing counsel, and Courts.
• Attend hearings in local Bankruptcy Courts.
• Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
