Job summary

Team Automotive Group in Salisbury, NC is hiring A-, B- and C-Level Automotive Service Technicians to join a busy dealership team. Shifts rotate, and no Saturdays; hours are Monday–Friday with generous benefits and opportunities for growth.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, modern equipment, and a strong team environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction. ASE certs are a plus but not required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• A-, B-, or C-Level automotive technician experience.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding customer experience.
