Team Automotive is hiring A, B & C level automotive service technicians / mechanics in Salisbury, NC. No Saturdays; hours are Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts. We offer a busy shop, competitive pay based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a desire to grow.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding customer experience.
