Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards, helping build customer trust and confidence. The role offers a compensation range of $32.00–$42.00 per flat rate hour, combining hourly pay with bonus, and includes benefits such as paid training and OEM certification support.

• Attention to detail.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
