Tom Wood Nissan is looking for experienced Automotive Technicians to join our high-performing team in Indianapolis. If you’re passionate about precision, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service, we provide the tools, training, and career growth opportunities to help you succeed.

As part of Tom Wood Group, you’ll perform inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, maintain documentation, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while communicating with service

Formación

• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• ASE certifications or OEM training preferred (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with shop equipment (alignment systems, tire machines, diagnostic tools, AC service equipment).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards.
