Job summary

Tom Wood Inc. seeks experienced Automotive Technicians to join its high-performance service team in Indianapolis. You will perform vehicle inspections, diagnose issues, and deliver top-quality repairs while maintaining clear communication with customers and advisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• ASE certifications or OEM training preferred (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify issues early.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed service documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to service advisors and customers.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship meeting manufacturer standards.
