Tom Wood Group is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for our Indianapolis service center. You will perform vehicle inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and repair to OEM standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• ASE certifications or OEM training preferred (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiar with shop equipment including alignment systems, tire machines, diagnostics, and AC service equipment.

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with accuracy
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards
