Job summary

Rod's Tire & Automotive LLC in Medina, TN is seeking an experienced, high-level technician who can work independently and deliver top-quality repairs. This role offers strong earning potential, a loyal customer base, and weekend-free scheduling with Monday–Friday hours.

You will perform full-service automotive repairs with a focus on diagnostics, electrical and drivability, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical ability.
• Able to accurately inspect and identify needed repairs.
• Professional tools and dependable work history.
• Pride in doing the job right.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-service repair including diagnostics, electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, A/C, brakes, maintenance, tires, and more.
• Work independently and contribute at a high level.
• Diagnostic time is sold and paid; advocate for OE parts when appropriate.

Rod's Tire & Automotive is looking for an experienced, high-level technician who wants strong earning potential, steady work, professional respect, and weekends off.

• $35–$55/hour flat rate based on experience and ability

• We prefer OE-quality parts, and technicians have a voice in what goes on the vehicle
• Full-service repair with diagnostics, electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, A/C, brakes, maintenance, tires, and more
• Paid ASE testing and support for additional training
