Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a VW Certified Technician to join our high-volume service team in Maryland. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain VW vehicles to factory specifications, delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of German-vehicle experience, VW diagnostics expertise, and the ability to work on multiple VW models. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician focusing on German vehicles.
• Must be VW-certified or VW Master Technician status preferred.
• Experience using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to service a wide range of Volkswagen models and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.
• Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
• Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a well‑maintained work environment.

As a VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on German vehicles.
• Expertise in using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models.
• Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high‑quality work.
• Communication skills to interact with customers and the team.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
