Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a VW Certified Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain VW vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Top pay up to $65 per hour with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The role requires VW-specific diagnostic skills, 5+ years in German vehicle service, and ASE certifications are a plus. Clean driving record and valid license required.

Qualifications

• German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status desired).
• Minimum of 5 years as Automotive Technician focusing on German vehicles.
• Expertise using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work on a wide range of VW models.
• Strong knowledge of VW systems (engine, transmission, electrical).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work.
• Communication skills to interact with customers and team.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles according to specs.
• Complete VW-specific repairs including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, exhaust.
• Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, updates and recalls.
• Factory-recommended maintenance services: oil changes, rotations, inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess and resolve issues.
• Provide clear communication to customers about condition and needs.
• Ensure timely completion with high quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent.
• Collaborate with service team for a seamless customer experience.

As a VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.

• Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
• Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
