Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Automotive Technician, with focus on German vehicles.
• German vehicle experience preferred; VW Master Technician status desired.
• Ase certifications are a plus and VW diagnostic tools proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Complete VW-specific repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and exhaust.
• Stay updated with VW service bulletins, tech updates, and recalls.
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance such as oil changes and brakes inspections.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment to assess and resolve issues.
• Communicate vehicle condition and repair needs clearly to customers.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards and timely completion of work.
• Keep accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.

As a VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.

• Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
• Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a well‑maintained work environment.

Qualifications:

• German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status is desired).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on German vehicles.
• Expertise in using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models.
• Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high‑quality work.
• Communication skills to interact with customers and the team.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
