Job summary

Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac is hiring experienced service technicians (Class A and B) for a full-time, flat-rate position in Honolulu. The role offers pay of $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hour, DOE, with incentives based on productivity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles to Lithia and manufacturer standards, road-testing, documenting work, and maintaining tools and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Pay: $30-$55 Per Flat Rate Hour DOE
• Schedule: Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior automotive repair experience required, 2+ years
• ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity

The average wage range for this position is $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hour

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
