The Anderson Automotive Group is looking for Experienced Automotive Technicians at our Fred Anderson Toyota location in Asheville, North Carolina. Come join us for an exciting opportunity to be part of our developing and expansive family of service providers.

Compensation and Schedule

Competitive compensation structures with base + bonus; sign-on bonus eligibility. Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotational Saturday availability; closed Sundays.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to perform factory scheduled maintenance following manufacturer procedures
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns
• Communicate effectively with service advisors
• Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally
• Collaborate with service department professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on vehicle technologies
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of technician experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards
• One or more ASE certifications
• Focus on quality work and first-time fixes
• Leadership qualities and goal of Master Technician certification
