Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning vehicle components such as engines, brakes, exhaust systems, and electronic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire alignments, fluid checks, filter replacements, and brake servicing
  • Interact with customers to explain vehicle issues, recommend necessary repairs or maintenance, provide cost estimates, and ensure a clear understanding of services performed
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards while conducting all repairs and maintenance

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Completion of a formal automotive training program and ASE certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive repair, with a strong background in diagnosing and fixing issues across various vehicle systems
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, scan tools, and computer-based systems to identify complex vehicle issues and implement accurate solutions
  • Valid driver’s license
