Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring Experienced Automotive Service Technicians. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and road-testing vehicles to ensure quality, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Pay: Experienced A & B techs pay range: $22-40 flat rate
• Department Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• ASE and manufacturer certification is not required
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
