We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join our growing and dynamic team! At Ciocca Honda of York, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact our customers and community while achieving your financial and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as necessary.
