Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Elkton, MD is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our busy service team. In this full-time role, you’ll greet customers, book appointments, and clearly communicate repair needs and timelines.

We offer a competitive salary from $50,000 to $85,000+ per year with a base plus commission/bonus, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally

• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
