This position offers a competitive commission structure, with an average of $689 per unit sold. A $10,000 signing bonus is available for applicants with car sales experience. Responsibilities include guiding customers, assisting in vehicle selection, and enhancing the sales process. Ideal candidates are energetic, persuasive, and possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers to initiate the sales process.

• Collaborate with management to inspect vehicles daily and report issues.
• Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
