We have 2 locations in the area and offer market-leading pay with comprehensive benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and employee purchase programs. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, with hourly or commission-based pay plans.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high CSI scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
