In this role, you will utilize your strong sales skills and bilingual abilities to connect with a diverse customer base, guiding them through the car buying experience with professionalism and expertise. You will play a key part in driving sales growth while providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pricing.
• Provide bilingual support to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions and delivery.
• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership.
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Bilingual proficiency with excellent communication skills in both English and a second language.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products and trends.
• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills.
