Bell Audi in Edison, NJ is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Associates to join our luxury dealership. This full-time, in-person role offers a strong earning potential through commissions and performance incentives, plus comprehensive training and benefits.

You will handle showroom traffic, internet inquiries, and referrals, build relationships, and close sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Proven ability to work internet and phone leads.
• Strong follow-up, closing, and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by commission and performance targets.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Organized with CRM usage and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Holds a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will:

• Work with showroom customers, internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
  
• Build relationships and identify customer needs
  
• Match customers with the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  
• Present Audi vehicles, features, technology, and benefits
  
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Present pricing and purchasing options
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Set appointments and consistently follow up with customers
  
• Maintain an active sales pipeline
  
• Generate repeat and referral business
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership CRM
  
• Stay current on Audi inventory, products, technology, incentives, and promotions
  
• Work toward and exceed monthly sales goals
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of successful automotive dealership sales experience is required.

Audi or luxury automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
